Damn the Weather

As a favorite haunt for some of the city’s top bartenders, this moody Pioneer Square bar is as suited for a late-night bite as it is a nightcap. Stop in for an order of chicken fat fries with fennel pollen or a grass-fed burger topped with gruyere, served until 1am weekends. 116 First Ave S; damntheweather.com

Tortas Condesa

This bustling walk-up window in Capitol Hill specializes in massive Mexican sandwiches called tortas, served as late as 2am. You can’t go wrong with the house chorizo stuffed with two fried eggs, avocado, and pickled jalapenos. 1510 E Olive Way; tortascondesa.com

Palace Kitchen

Open until 1am every day, this downtown staple is the place to fill up on killer chicken fried steak—only served after 10pm (and for a reasonable $15). If you’re out for dessert, don’t miss Tom Douglas’s signature triple coconut cream pie. 2030 Fifth Ave; palacekitchen.com

Rocco’s

This buzzy Belltown eatery serves up enormous slices of its artisan, scratch-made pizza until 2am. Factor in the swanky lounge décor, robust draft list, and dapper crowd, and you have one winning late-night combination. 2228 Second Ave; roccosseattle.com
