SEATTLE – Join elite chefs from Seattle and across the nation, along with an impressive lineup of acclaimed Washington winemakers at this year’s The New Vintage and all-new Lexus Late Night on Friday, March 29. Start the night downtown by attending Taste Washington’s The New Vintage at The Sanctuary from 7-10 p.m., then keep the good vibes going with James Beard Award-winning chef Edouardo Jordan at his restaurant Salare, for an exclusive after-party from 9-11:30 p.m.

Embark on a culinary journey at this year’s The New Vintage, at The Sanctuary – one of downtown Seattle’s most remarkable venues and a former church for the city’s earliest settlers. DJ BlueEyedSoul will be spinning while you wind your way around every corner, finding tantalizing morsels presented by Seattle’s most incredible chefs and national culinary luminaries. While surrounded by stained glass and below a beautiful 66-foot high domed ceiling, discover delightful sips from some of Washington’s most inspired winemakers and imbibe in delicious wine cocktails at Halo Bar.
Featured Seattle chefs at The New Vintage this year include Jordan of JuneBaby, Ethan Stowell of Ethan Stowell Restaurants, Zoi Antonitsas of Little Fish, Shota Nakajima of Adana, Elizabeth Kennyon of Manolin, Kyle Peterson of Palace Kitchen, Gavin Stephenson of The Sanctuary at the Mark, Brian Clevenger of Vendemmia and Rachel Yang of Joule. Visiting chefs include Vivian Howard of the Chef and the Farmer in Kinston, N.C., Elias Cairo of Olympia Provisions in Portland, Ore. and Gregory Gourdet of Departure Restaurant + Lounge in Portland, Ore. Plus, Washington’s Hama Hama Oysters will be serving up freshly shucked oysters all night long.
