Visit Seattle operates two visitor and concierge centers in the heart of the downtown Seattle business, retail and entertainment district. Both centers are complimentary and offer full-service concierge assistance, including:

  • Maps, brochures, discount coupons and guides
  • Recommendations on performing arts and getting tickets
  • Detailed information on sports and local events
  • Restaurant recommendations and reservations
  • Sightseeing, attraction and tour bookings
  • Ground transportation
  • Personal services and more

Location: Upper Pike Street Lobby of the Convention Center, at Seventh Avenue and Pike Street in the heart of downtown Seattle.
Hours: Open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Market Information Center

Location: Southwest Corner of First Avenue and Pike Street in the Pike Place Market.
Hours: Open daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Visitor Information and Advance Trip Planning

Visitor information packets may be requested by mail, e-mail or the request submission form at visitseattle.org. The website also features a comprehensive, searchable calendar of events that is updated twice monthly and is a useful trip planning tool.
