Named for the mythical French water spirit, Bar Melusine is Walrus’s playful French Atlantic cousin. Melusine’s casual, bustling atmosphere, bathed in a sea of greens, provides the perfect back drop for the maritime flavors of Normandy and Brittany.
Both raw and cooked seafood, meats, and vegetables accompany a focused and carefully curated wine list, focused on French whites by the glass. Think raw oysters, savory buckwheat crêpes, moules-frites, pré-salé lamb, steak tartare, pork rillons, and gésiers confits. Thoughtful vermouth- and brandy-centered cocktails fill out the experience.
