This marketing/administrative position is vital to the entire Visit Seattle Marketing Team’s overall daily function and success. As the main project coordinator for all internal and external design and marketing projects, this position requires a very high level of organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines (as well as ability to re-prioritize projects on a whim). This position ensures that all the department’s creative projects are delivered on time, and with excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with demonstrated initiative and the ability to handle diverse colleagues, multiple projects and priorities at the same time with poise and efficiency.
