Visit Seattle is now hiring for a lead concierge for the Seattle Visitor and Concierge Services Center on the 1st floor of the Washington State Convention Center. Do you know Seattle tours, attractions, restaurants and sights inside and out, and love to share them with others? We are looking for an Olympic-level task master who is able to work independently, proactively, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The perfect candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, and have endless patience, understanding and empathy. Must enjoy helping others and focusing on their satisfaction and exhibit “high touch” service with every visitor and partner interaction. Team management, leadership, and skills training are a plus.
40 hours a week year-round (including weekends)
