Although there are no hotels in Fremont proper, there are many accommodations very close by. Hotels on Lake Union have the advantage of allowing guests to use the Lake Union Water Taxi to float to Fremont, while hotels in the University District are minutes away using a bicycle on the Burke Gilman Trail. And for conference attendees in Northgate, Fremont is a short drive from the hotels in the north.
