Seattle's Convention and Visitors Bureau proudly offers the SEATTLE VISITOR CENTER & CONCIERGE SERVICES at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in downtown Seattle. With their convenient location between 7th & 8th Avenues on the lobby level, our team of travel experts is ready to enhance your Seattle experience.

Visitor Assistance/Concierge Desk
9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday
Self Service: 6am-10pm Daily
Lunch closure: 1pm to 2pm daily
WHAT WE CAN DO
The friendly, knowledgeable staff of the SEATTLE VISITOR CENTER & CONCIERGE SERVICES are available seven days a week (mid-May to mid-October), and weekdays year-round to provide a wide range of services. The center offers immediate assistance with attraction, sightseeing and tour information and reservations, dining recommendations and reservations, maps and in-depth travel assistance, as well as informational member brochure displays regarding hotels and motels, restaurants, shopping, arts and more. Stop by and see the array of coupons for local restaurants, attractions and motels. Let our team assist you in finding the perfect restaurant for a memorable Seattle dining experience. And the best part ~ our services are all complimentary! Our skilled team can assist with many services, including:
Attractions and sightseeing tickets - throughout the greater region.
Restaurant reservations - insider's access and knowledge to find the right place to match your wishes.
Ground transportation of all kinds - taxis, towncars, vans, limos, with the best-informed drivers in town.
