Olympic Peninsula - Hood Canal Bridge
A six-week closure of SR 104 - Hood Canal Bridge will begin May 1, 2009. The Hood Canal Bridge is an economic lifeline for the people and businesses of the Olympic Peninsula and a gateway for tourists and visitors. The six-week bridge closure will allow the Washington State Department of Transportation to replace the east half of the bridge. Completing this project will provide travelers a newer, safer, more reliable bridge.
