Informational Literature
We have a variety of informative publications available for you, including our Professional Travel Planners Guide, Visitors Guide, Dining Guide, Seattle Promotional brochure, Favorite Attractions brochure, and Seattle Tourmap. Request these materials via our website or contact us by email, phone or fax.

Lead Distribution:
For inbound groups, we will be happy to distribute leads to our Bureau members on your behalf - for hotel accommodations, restaurants, motorcoach companies, and other services.

Sample Itineraries:
A number of sample itineraries are available for your consideration. Our Professional Travel Planners Guide currently includes a Seattle Sampler, Half Day Tours and Excursions, Hub & Spoke Tours - Options, a National Parks Sampler, Regional Destination ideas, Cultural Tourism programs, and Experiential Ideas/Themes. We have additional sample itineraries available in our files, or will be happy to assist you with ideas for creating the experience that responds to your special needs. We work closely with DMO's and suppliers throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest. Referrals are gladly provided.

Promotional Materials:
We have several tools available to assist you in promoting Seattle as a destination. Ask us about posters, our "Welcome to Seattle" video, or our selection of high-resolution photos. Request materials via our website or contact us by email, phone or fax.

Technical Tour Information:
Ask us about companies and organizations that provide "behind the scenes" technical tours or speakers not available to the general public.

Familiarization Tour Assistance:
We provide organization and sponsorship assistance for pre-approved inbound FAM tours. In addition, we help coordinate site inspections, meetings with local and regional suppliers, and aid in the development of itineraries which can assist you in booking future business in Seattle, Washington State and other parts of the Pacific Northwest.
