SEATTLE –Visit Seattle appointed Joey Jack as its new Director of Business Development. In this role, Jack will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and managing Visit Seattle sponsorship revenue as well as developing relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
Jack has served as Visit Seattle’s Partner Services Manager previously, where she was responsible for recruiting new partners, partner services and retention. “Joey excelled in her former position and we are delighted to see her in her new role as Director of Business Development,” said Tom Norwalk, President and CEO of Visit Seattle. “Her strong hospitality background and prior success at Visit Seattle make her a perfect fit for the position.” In her new role, Jack will be managing important partnerships in Seattle and the state of Washington.
Jack came to Visit Seattle with previous experience in the hospitality industry. Formerly, she was a part of Benchmark Hospitality at both Hotel 1000 and the Sorrento Hotel in Seattle as the Group Sales Manager. Jack is a California native who received a BFA in Theatre Arts and Dance from Loyola Marymount University.
Visit Seattle, a private, nonprofit marketing organization, has served as Seattle/King County’s official destination marketing organization (DMO) for more than 50 years. The goal of these marketing efforts is to enhance the employment opportunities and economic prosperity of the region.
