FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
November 22, 2016
SEATTLE – There is nothing quite like being in the heart of downtown during the holidays.
To attract visitors and locals alike, dozens of Seattle hotels have pulled out all the stops to create fun and festive holiday packages this season. Imagine spending the night with hundreds of stuffed teddy bears in the Teddy Bear Suite at the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel or having gifts you’ve just purchased downtown wrapped while staying the night at the W Hotel through the “It’s a Wrap Package.”
Booking a room at a Seattle hotel puts guests in close proximity to all the festivities – from the Holiday Carousel at Westlake Park, celebrating its 30th anniversary, to the 24th Annual Gingerbread Village at the Sheraton, to Argosy Christmas Ship Festival on Elliott Bay and downtown retail shops decked out for the holidays. A quick walk to the Seattle Center Monorail takes people to and from Seattle Center, home to the Space Needle and all that Winterfest has to offer – from ice skating at Fisher Pavilion to The Winter Train & Village at the Seattle Center Armory.
