SEATTLE –Visit Seattle welcomes Rob Leslie as its new Director of Partner and Visitor Services. In this role, Leslie will be responsible for growing partnership, sponsorship and publication revenue, and directing all visitor services activities. He will oversee Seattle Visitor Center locations, supervise sales activities, and develop revenue opportunities.
“Rob brings extensive sales and marketing experience and strong leadership skills to Visit Seattle,” said Tom Norwalk, President and CEO of Visit Seattle. “We are excited to welcome him to the partner and visitor services team.”
Leslie comes to Visit Seattle from his most recent role as National Account Manager, Business Development for the local merchandise agency, Bensussen, Deutsch & Associates. He worked on delivering merchandise revenue from accounts such as Microsoft and T-Mobile along with managing a sales team. Prior to this he was at Cole & Weber United where he was the agency’s lead on the International Olympic Committee activities. A native of Washington, Leslie attended Whitworth University where he received a BA in Communications.
Visit Seattle, a private, nonprofit marketing organization, has served as Seattle/King County’s official destination marketing organization (DMO) for more than 50 years. The goal of these marketing efforts is to enhance the employment opportunities and economic prosperity of the region.
