Detailed Convention Information
The CCD electronic version is approximately 60 pages of detailed convention information extending well into the future. It includes dates, delegate counts, and contact information for several hundred meetings and conventions. As with the previous print version, there is also information on how to use the CCD to market your business to meeting planners and an order form for purchasing our monthly booking lead service or other electronic versions of the CCD (Excel, ASCII or Word).
Tips for Using Acrobat Reader to View CCD
When you first open the CCD document and view it in your web browser, we recommend that you click on the Acrobat Reader's "save a copy" feature to save it to your computer. Acrobat Reader also provides you key word search functions (such as entering "May 2006" to navigate directly to a specific month) and printing in specific page ranges if you just want to print out a few pages at a time.
Quarterly Updates
We will update the CCD electronic version every 3 months and send all active members an email notice each time it is updated to let you know it is available for viewing.
