Value Based Selling -
Bringing more Value to Your Customers in 2010
with Cindy Novotny and Lori Champion

This will help prepare everyone in sales for 2010.

Business and revenue streams are decreasing and markets are more competitive than in the past. The competition can be brutal and with little or no trouble at all, they can destroy your brand and steal your customers. A sales professional’s job is to change the way in which they approach selling so that they are always adding value from the customer’s perspective.

  • How 2010 will be different
  • How to focus on new business growth and development
  • Focusing on what is valuable to your customer
  • Knowing the value you bring to the Customer
  • Building your personal sales foundation while selling with pride

This workshop will allow participants to take a good look at key accounts and what these accounts really value. Participants will walk away with specific action items to incorporate into their sales strategy for the future. This session will challenge the normal “sales thinking” and push sales people to fight harder to win more business in 2010.
