Convention Housing
The Bureau offers a complimentary service for your convention, if three or more hotels are utilized with a minimum 1,000 rooms. The Bureau offers an in-house call center, which handles varying degrees of call volume with consistently high-level personalized, professional service. Reservation agents offer superior knowledge of Seattle hotels, facilities and attractions.
The Bureau will provide a link between your association web page and our reservation page, allowing for online booking. For those without Internet access, the format for the housing registration form, along with instructions and a map indicating participating hotels, will be provided.
The Bureau handles all correspondence from delegates regarding reservations, cancellations or modifications until two weeks prior to the event; acknowledgements will be e-mailed, faxed or mailed.
The Bureau is Passkey-enabled, giving meeting planners the ability to manage and monitor the booking process on a 24/7 basis by accessing real-time self-service reports and data extracts in addition to obtaining accurate and timely room pick-up histories.
