Washington State Convention Center Floor Plans

The Washington State Convention Center exceeds expectations for events of any size with more than 414,000-plus square feet of function space — including The Conference Center’s 71,000 square feet. Two flexible facilities accommodate banquets for thousands or intimate breakouts for 10.

  • 44,628 square feet of ballroom space suitable for light exhibits
  • Up to 67 separate meeting rooms
  • Accommodates general sessions up to 4,000
  • Fully carpeted floors, fabric-covered walls, dimmable lighting
  • Complete sound separation between all function spaces
  • Expansive lobbies for registration
  • Seven dedicated offices for use by show staff or press

Highlights of Exhibition Space

  • Seven exhibit halls combine for a total of 236,700 square feet of heavy-load exhibition space
  • Two halls contain 70,000 square feet of column- free space
  • 23 covered bays at three loading docks, away from city traffic
  • Drive-on access to main exhibition floor
  • Built-in food service within the exhibition space
  • Accommodates 1,083 10’ x 10’ booths
