Seattle Super Saver Program Fact Sheet

Program Overview
"Best available hotel rate" consumer hotel booking program guaranteeing the lowest available rates at over 80 Seattle area hotels. The program offers special perks such as no booking or hidden fees, no pre-payment required and no cancellation fees up to 24 hours prior to check in. The program draws from a preferred guestroom inventory and can also offer special rates on suites.

Operation
Non-profit program benefiting Seattle area hotels and travel consumers. Operated by Seattle's Convention & Visitors Bureau and sanctioned by the Seattle Hotel Association and Downtown Seattle Association.

Dates Effective
Seattle Super Saver became a year-round program in the spring of 2004. The program's "Value Season," November through March, generally offers the lowest hotel rates of the year.

Value Season
Running November through March, Seattle Super Saver "Value Season" will offer program patrons additional value added offers on shopping, dining, performing arts and attractions.

How to book
A new online booking engine allows dynamic hotel rate and inventory changes; consumers can quickly and easily survey a wider array of room types and hotels to make "real time bookings." www.seattlesupersaver.com

Phone reservationists personally inspect each property and can advise of hotel features and location and make bookings. Phone lines are open 9 a.m.-1 p.m. (PT) Saturday and Sunday; and 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
