Citywide Concierge and Visitor Center
The Citywide Concierge and Visitor Center Center is a complimentary, state-of-the-art full-service concierge and visitor information facility, offering bookings and reservations for dining, tours and transportation, along with detailed information on sports, cultural and local events, personal services and more.

Washington State Convention & Trade Center, Street Level, at 8th Avenue and Pike Street in the heart of downtown Seattle.

Hours:
Open Monday through Friday and summer weekends, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Visitor Information/Trip Planning
Visitor information packets may be requested by mail, e-mail or via the request submission form on the SCVB web site. The web site also features a comprehensive, searchable calendar of events that is updated twice monthly and is a useful trip planning tool. Seattle Super Saver Program
The Seattle Super Saver program is operated by Seattle’s Convention and Visitors Bureau and guarantees year-around best available rates plus a unique package of benefits and services not available via any other third party hotel distribution channel.  These include no booking or hidden fees, no pre-payments and no cancellation fees (up to 24 hours prior to check-in) at over 80 Seattle area hotels.  Special packages and value-added offers are available at participating Seattle Super Saver hotels.  Book at www.seattlesupersaver.com or call (800) 535-7071 (from inside the U.S. and Canada) or (206) 461-5882 (from outside the U.S. and Canada).  Phone reservationists personally inspect each property and can advise of hotel features and location, as well as make bookings.  Reservation lines are open 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday; and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
