Music

With a music history as deep and diverse as Seattle's, and a community so dedicated to cultivating its future, it is little wonder that Seattle is regarded as a City of Music. Seattle is on the map as a happening jazz scene, a launching pad for indie rock artists, as well as a hotbed for touring rock, country, folk and international entertainers. Whether rocking out in a historic neighborhood club or applauding our world-famous opera, Seattle music enthusiasts don’t miss a beat.

In addition to the links listed below, one valuable resource is the Seattle Music Map - an insider's guide to Seattle's music history.
