To submit your events to Seattle’s Convention and Visitors Bureau online calendar of cultural events:
GUIDELINES
Our primary purpose is to list King County cultural events -- concerts, theatre, dance, etc; cultural facilities with ongoing programs, such as museums and art galleries; festivals and large public sporting events.
Events outside King County will be considered on a case by case basis. Events must be open to the public and of interest to potential visitors: meetings, most fundraisers and membership events will not be listed.
Currently we are unable to list classes and educational workshops.
Submissions must be received at least one month in advance; earlier is preferred. Listings are free and inclusion is up to the discretion of the Seattle CVB.

Please submit a brief description (40-50 words is ideal), along with event name, location, sponsoring organization, contact information (public), hours, location, admission fees (if applicable), and website address.
