Hop on the boat to Blake Island for a traditional salmon bake dinner complete with a Northwest Coast Indian dance performance at Tillicum Village. Or, spend a day wandering through Discovery Park and visit the Daybreak Star Indian Cultural Center. The Port Madison Indian Reservation, original home to Chief Seattle, has popular attractions such as the Chief's gravesite, Suquamish Museum, Old Man House Park, and the salmon hatchery. Many historic districts have excellent walking tours, and there are over 100 attractions that celebrate the region's maritime heritage, including the Hiram Chittenden (aka "Ballard" )Locks and the Center for Wooden Boats.
