Visitor Center and Concierge Services
The Seattle Visitor Center is a complimentary, state-of-the-art, full-service concierge and visitor information facility, offering bookings and reservations for dining, tours and transportation, along with detailed information on sports, cultural and local events, personal services and more

  • Location: Upper Pike Street Lobby of the Washington State Convention Center, at Seventh Avenue and Pike Street, in the heart of downtown Seattle.
  • Hours: Open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and summer weekends, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Market Information Center
The Market Information Center is a companion location of the Seattle Visitor Center, located in the heart of the Pike Place Market.

  • Location: Southwest corner of First Avenue and Pike Street, in the Pike Place Market.
  • Hours: Open daily, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
 
 
Visitor Information/Trip Planning
Visitor information packets may be requested by mail, e-mail or via the request submission form on Seattle’s Convention and Visitor Bureau’s web site. The web site also features a comprehensive, searchable calendar of events that is updated twice monthly and is a useful trip planning tool. For more travel information or questions, consumers may call, e-mail or write to:

Seattle Super Saver Program
The nonprofit Seattle Super Saver, now in its 19th year, is one of the nation’s longest-running consumer housing programs operated by a convention and visitors bureau. More than 100 hotel properties are featured in the program and Seattle Super Saver offers travelers an expanded range of Seattle travel booking opportunities ranging from airfare to car rental, tour and attractions tickets and many other travel commodities. Bookings can be made ala carte or can be combined with other elements to make complete travel itineraries.
             
The Seattle Super Saver program also offers booking of special packages associated with Seattle events and culture. The Seattle Super Saver web site, www.seattlesupersaver.com, features packages that offer tickets to the most popular civic festivals, special events and major cultural exhibitions.
