The Conference Center, opened in July 2010, is a stand-alone meeting venue built within the Washington State Convention Center (WSCC) complex. The Conference Center sets the standard for today’s meeting facilities with state-of-the-art features, unique amenities, a commitment to sustainability and an eco-friendly design, leading to LEED Silver Certification.

Flexible Space
- The Conference Center is a stand-alone meeting facility with up to 71,000 square feet of high-end configurable space.

Eco-Friendly Design
- Designed and furnished to meet LEED Silver Certification through the use of sustainable construction practices, furnishings and equipment.
- Wall and partition fabrics are GREENGUARD certified.
- All food service equipment is Energy Star rated.
- Two board rooms feature built-in, state-of-the-art equipment controlled from conference tables made with reclaimed thousand-year-old Douglas fir.
High Level of Finish, Unique Spaces
- The striking linear ceiling treatment is made with sustainable Northwest-grown hemlock. Walls and doors are finished in eucalyptus.
- 17 meeting rooms offer a unique level of sophistication and many exclusive features and amenities.
- Three lounge areas, including two with marble fireplaces and flat screen televisions, are finished in leather and fine woods.
- Natural light brightens the 9,000 square foot glass-enclosed atrium that can serve as a pre-function space for exhibits, registration or receptions.
360-Degree Connectivity:
- All meeting rooms are equipped with intuitive audio controls and touch screen lighting panels, CAT-6 connections and fiber optic ports.
- Client-based wireless access is optimized with a 1 Gigabyte fiber optic backbone, and two OC3 circuits allow any program to handle up to 2,500 simultaneous wireless users.
- LCD signage throughout The Conference Center and at the entrance to each room supports all media formats for a high degree of customization.
