Event Planner Just for You
Single point of contact. Friendly professionalism. Tips and guidance. Seattle CVB staff provide A-to-Z support for associations, corporations and meeting planners. Each planner will get one CVB staff member assigned to them from initial arrangements through day-of details—and everything in between.

A bevy of other services to meet exhibitor, planner and attendee needs:

  • Audio/visual services and equipment of all kinds
  • Sound systems simple or complex
