The Washington State Convention Center (WSCC) and The Conference Center (TCC) offer 414,722 square feet of meeting space, including 236,700 square feet of heavy load exhibit space and 123,761 square feet of fully carpeted flexible meeting and ballroom space divisible into up to 78 rooms, five of which are furnished as executive conference rooms.
Meeting rooms have built-in sound system and programmable digital signage at the entrances, Enterprise-level wireless throughout and multiple CAT-6 and fiber optic ports on a one gigabyte backbone.
Our newest space - The Conference Center - offers 71,000 square feet of corporate meeting space with an outstanding level of finishes, including natural wood walls, seating areas with leather couches and fireplaces. The Conference Center earned its LEED Silver Certification July 2010.
